The platform provides interactive, guided modules in multiple languages to address common emotional well-being issues. It offers evidence-based self-help resources for mental health and overall well-being and provides engagement-focused activities such as on-demand trainings, video, audio, journaling, games and digital toolkits.
ComPsych’s Well-being Coaching is available to all employees at no cost
Connect with a certified personal Well-being Coach, who will work one-on-one with you to improve emotional well-being issues including work-life balance, resiliency, burnout and more. The program is designed to support you in life stressors, transitions and everyday challenges using evidence-based techniques. The focus of coaching is on the future vs. healing from the past. NGCare is available to all employees at no cost
The NGCare Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential guidance and mental health support 24/7. All employees, regardless of benefits coverage, are automatically enrolled in NGCare benefits. You, your family and household members are eligible for eight free counseling sessions per issue, per year.
Examples of issues may include relationship conflicts, parenting struggles, family communication problems, job stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma recovery, substance abuse, eating disorders, OCD, ADHD, self-esteem concerns or anger management.

Your Northrop Grumman Health Plan provides access to long-term counseling and mental health care, including services from psychiatrists, as well as inpatient and outpatient treatment for substance use. For help understanding what’s covered under your plan, Anthem members can contact Quantum Health and non-Anthem plan members can call the number on the back of their medical plan ID card.
