Your toll-free number gives you direct, 24/7 access to a GuidanceConsultantSM, who will answer your questions and, if needed, refer you to a counselor or other resources.

According to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), seeking mental health services does not affect one’s ability to gain or hold clearance eligibility.
The EAP is available at no cost. If you or a family member want to see a professional counselor, you will get eight free sessions per family member per issue per year.
Anthem and Kaiser offer resources to employees and eligible family members to help everyone achieve and sustain emotional well-being and help cope with the demands of work and personal lives. Start your week off right with Mondays in Motion, 10-minute stretch breaks each week! Flexibility training, or stretching, can have many physical benefits and can improve mood by releasing muscle tension and promoting relaxation. To experience these benefits, healthcare professionals recommend stretching two to three times per week or more if possible. Please consult with your doctor before engaging in this activity.
