Educational assistance is available to employees who want to continue to learn and develop skills/knowledge. Our educational assistance program supports employee development by providing resources such as:

  • Free Education Advice: Call 855-222-2398 to speak with an experienced advisor to tailor an educational program to your career goals and needs.
  • Tuition Savings at Accredited Schools: Access a network of accredited schools in a variety of locations (and online) to take advantage of reduced tuition costs and waived fees.

Take control of student debt with resources available to all employees

  • The Northrop Grumman Employee Discount Store provides a number of student loan refinancing options. Go to Employee Discounts and search “student loans” to see what’s available. 
  • The Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union (NGFCU) offers student loan refinancing exclusively to Northrop Grumman employees. To apply call 800-633-2848 ext. 1725 or visit www.ngfcu.us. One-on-one student loan counseling is also available through NGFCU’s financial well-being partner BALANCE at 888-456-2227.

BRAVO to our Stars is an enterprise-wide recognition program that reinforces the company's commitment to motivating and rewarding our talented workforce. Through BRAVO to our Stars, you will find multiple ways to recognize your peers.

eRecognition– Recognize accomplishments, share appreciation, and celebrate the success and career milestone achievements of your teammates with customized eCards.

Monetary recognition - Managers are empowered to recognize employees with cash awards paid through payroll.

Service Awards- BRAVO to our Stars celebrates an employee’s first year anniversary with a printed yearbook featuring congratulations from co-workers and more. Then, for every five-year milestone anniversary, an employee will receive a printed yearbook and instructions on how to order a milestone award.

Retirement Awards - Within eight weeks of an employee’s official retirement date, BRAVO to our Stars will automatically generate a commemorative booklet and mail it directly to the employee. The booklet acknowledges and thanks the employee for their years of service with Northrop Grumman. The commemorative booklet will also include a catalog of award options.
