Understanding healthcare costs and benefits before, during and after having a baby can feel overwhelming. Northrop Grumman has partnered with Quantum Health to  help answer questions about our benefits. They are a dedicated team of nurses, claims specialists, and benefits experts who exclusively support Northrop Grumman employees and their families.

Trained on our company culture, health plans and benefits, Care Coordinators can support your unique needs. Whether you have a question about your claims or bills; need help knowing what's covered under your health plan; can’t remember who administers your disability plan; want to prepare for an upcoming doctor's visit; or just need a new ID card, Care Coordinators are here for you.

To get started with Quantum Health, create an account where you can message and chat with a Care Coordinator. You can also call the Northrop Grumman Benefits Center at 800-894-4194 and press 1.

All benefits-eligible U.S. employees have access to Quantum Health, even if you’re not enrolled in a Northrop Grumman Medical Plan. Spouses and domestic partners enrolled in a Northrop Grumman Medical Plan can also access this service. Navigation services differ based on your Medical Plan.

If you’re starting or growing your family and need to talk to someone, we’re here to support you.

The NGCare Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides free confidential guidance and mental health support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through NGCare, you and your household members are eligible for eight free counseling sessions per issue each year.

One of the many counseling services offered is for postpartum depression, which affects up to 20 percent of new mothers. While it is normal to feel a little depressed after this major life event, for many women, the "baby blues" turns into something more serious and symptoms can last for months. Do not be afraid to seek help; this condition can be managed and overcome with the right treatment.

To get started, call: 800-982-8161 TTY: 800-697-0353 or go to guidanceresources.com or the GuidanceNow app (WebID is NGCare).  If you're on the NGC network, you can use the Single Sign On link.

Your call or online request will be answered by a licensed clinician who will listen to your concerns and if needed, quickly refer you to in-person or telehealth counseling or in the moment support.
