Hardship DistributionYou may be able to take what's known as a hardship withdrawal from your retirement account if needed to satisfy an "immediate and heavy financial need" as defined by the Plan and IRS regulations. To learn more about withdrawals available to you, log in to NetBenefits, and go to Loans and Withdrawals. Using a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)If you are enrolled in an HSA or FSA, you can use your funds to help pay for eligible expenses such as deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and other medical expenses not covered by your health plan. |

Designate BeneficiariesOnce enrolled, update or add a beneficiary in NetBenefits. A beneficiary is the person, trust, or other legal entity named by the participant to receive any benefit provided under the plan upon the participant's death. If you don't name a beneficiary, benefits will be paid out as specified under the terms of your plan. |
Update WorkdayMake sure your name, address, and any other personal information is correct and up to date within Workday. To make changes go to my Workday > My Personal Information. |
