Four Things to Know for 2026 Annual Enrollment

This year’s Annual Enrollment period will be from Oct. 16 through Nov. 7, 2025. This is your opportunity to review and update your benefits for the upcoming year. Here are a few changes for 2026.

Contribute More, Worry Less

The maximum contribution for Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Accounts (DCFSA) is increasing from $5,000 to $7,500. A DCFSA is a reimbursement account that lets you set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified dependent care expenses like daycare, nursery school or summer camp. You can also use this account for services for adult dependents who can’t care for themselves.

Level Up Your Life Insurance

Have you recently gotten married? Had a child? Bought a home? If you’ve experienced a significant financial or family event in the past year, consider increasing your life insurance. It's easier than ever to make adjustments — you can now increase your life insurance by one level without having to complete any health questions.

Extra Support for Unexpected Costs

While the future is unpredictable, you can take steps to protect yourself. Enroll in additional, voluntary coverage under the MetLife voluntary insurance plans to help ease your financial burden when the unexpected happens. The reimbursements you receive can help cover costs while you recover from an unexpected accident, health condition or hospital stay.

Unlock New Protection

Device security is crucial in today’s digital age, which is why Northrop Grumman offers identity theft protection. NortonLifeLock is adding a new Premium Plus plan that offers enhanced protection, including cybercrime coverage, cloud storage, device protection for up to 10 devices, and antitracking of personal data and browsers.
