No, Quantum Health is an independent healthcare navigation service, which means they aren’t affiliated with your insurance company (Anthem, Kaiser, etc.) or pharmacy benefits manager (CVS Caremark). Insurance providers aren’t changing and your claims are still processed by your insurance.
