Welcome to Northrop Grumman! This is the Total Rewards Gateway, your home base for learning about the benefits and resources the company offers to help you thrive. You’ll hear the phrase “Total Rewards” often – it’s how Northrop Grumman describes the total value of the pay and benefits you receive.


As a new employee you have enrollment decisions to make, many within 31 days of your hire date. See below for more on enrolling in benefits, and make sure to view the Health and Well-being Orientation for in-depth information about coverage such as medical, dental and vision.

As a Northrop Grumman employee, you’ll have access to numerous benefits, resources and programs, including healthcare,
retirement savings, career development, work-life flexibility and total well-being. More than a paycheck, we offer a Total Rewards package with plans and programs that support the health and well-being of our employees and their families.

Review the health plan options for which you are eligible, shown online through NetBenefits. You must enroll in the
Northrop Grumman Health Plan within 31 days of your hire date, or you will not have optional benefits coverage
through Northrop Grumman, including medical, dental and vision coverage. Your benefit elections typically will roll over
from year to year, until you make a change.

Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the Northrop Grumman Savings Plan (NGSP) 45 days after hire date with the
option to opt out if you prefer. Log on to NetBenefits to change your contribution rate and/or make investment elections.

If you need to enroll over the phone, please call the Northrop Grumman Benefits Center (NGBC) at 800-894-4194 and speak
with a Benefits Center service representative. Benefits service representatives are available to assist you Monday through
Friday from 8:30 a.m. to Midnight Eastern time (excluding most New York Stock Exchange holidays). TTY service is available
at 711.
