Review the health plan options for which you are eligible, shown online through NetBenefits. You must enroll in the Northrop Grumman Health Plan, or you will not have optional benefits coverage through Northrop Grumman, including medical, dental and vision coverage. Your benefit elections typically will roll over from year to year, until you make a change.
You are automatically enrolled in the Northrop Grumman Savings Plan six to eight weeks after your hire date with the option to opt out if you prefer. Log on to NetBenefits to change your contribution rate and/or make investment elections.
