Employees are the heart of our company, and Northrop Grumman is committed to fostering a culture of recognition by showing appreciation for those who define possible every day. The BRAVO program makes it easier than ever to celebrate employee accomplishments through eCards, monetary recognition, service awards and retirement awards.

Systems Engineering Manager William (Will) Bumgarner is a long-time advocate of the program. With 23 direct reports and 10 years of tenure, he has seen his fair share of hard work and outstanding outcomes. His motto? “Recognize frequently and recognize impactfully.”

Sometimes, a simple “thank you” goes a long way. Sending eCards is an easy way to brighten someone’s day. Whether you’re celebrating work wins or life events, a quick note is a powerful way to show appreciation and strengthen bonds with your coworkers.

It Pays to Work Hard

Monetary BRAVOs provide an opportunity to grant a one-time cash reward to employees who go above and beyond their job description. Managers have the ability to nominate employees for the award. If you're not a manager, but you see exemplary work happening, share it with your manager or the nominee's manager.

Milestone Moments
