In addition, a new surrogacy benefit will be available as part of the adoption reimbursement program. Starting in January, employees can receive a surrogacy reimbursement of $3,500 per child.

4. Care for Your Loved Ones When They Need It Most: New Paid Caregiver Leave

Beginning Jan. 1, 2025, employees will have access to an invaluable new benefit – two weeks of Paid Caregiver Leave. This leave aims to support employees who need to take time away from work to provide care for a family member with a serious health condition and can be taken continuously or intermittently to provide flexibility. Eligible family members include a spouse, domestic partner, parent or child. Paid Caregiver Leave will be administered by Aflac and will follow FMLA eligibility:
