1. Get Personalized Benefits Support: Quantum Health
During Annual Enrollment, Quantum Health’s care coordinators can provide you and your family with one-on-one support. All benefits-eligible U.S. employees have access to Quantum Health, even if you’re not enrolled in a Northrop Grumman health plan. Because care coordinators understand our company culture, health plans and benefits, they’re able to provide personalized support during Annual Enrollment and can help with the following:

2. Spend More Time with Your Newest Family Member: Increased Paid Parental Leave

The new Progyny fertility benefit is designed to give employees enrolled in an Anthem plan the best chance of fulfilling your dreams of building a family. Progyny offers comprehensive coverage, personalized support and high-quality care with access to the following:
In addition, a new surrogacy benefit will be available as part of the adoption reimbursement program. Starting in January, employees can receive a surrogacy reimbursement of $3,500 per child.
4. Care for Your Loved Ones When They Need It Most: New Paid Caregiver Leave
Beginning Jan. 1, 2025, employees will have access to an invaluable new benefit – two weeks of Paid Caregiver Leave. This leave aims to support employees who need to take time away from work to provide care for a family member with a serious health condition and can be taken continuously or intermittently to provide flexibility. Eligible family members include a spouse, domestic partner, parent or child. Paid Caregiver Leave will be administered by Aflac and will follow FMLA eligibility:
