Business Group on Health has recognized Northrop Grumman as one of only 54 employers honored with their Best Employers: Excellence in Health & Well-being Award. This award demonstrates our efforts and commitment to advancing employee well-being through comprehensive and innovative benefits and initiatives. 

In our award submission, we highlighted our commitment to meeting the needs of our employees and their families at all stages and life experiences – because when they have the tools to care for what matters most to them, we all thrive.  

Our Total Rewards support four key dimensions of well-being: emotional, physical, financial and social. We listen to what our employees value most and seek out benefits and resources to support them including confidential counseling and mental health resources, financial education, health coaching, family care and more.
