Have you ever thought about why it’s important to get an annual health check-up, even when you feel fine? It’s because taking care of your body regularly is key to staying healthy in the long run. Maintenance tasks like monitoring vital signs and analyzing bloodwork play a critical role in detecting health problems, so you can take early action.

Northrop Grumman wants you to be your best – financially, physically, socially and emotionally. As part of that commitment, the Northrop Grumman Health Plan* pays for the cost of your annual physical and related preventative care screenings – and we even offer a $500 incentive to employees enrolled in a Northrop Grumman Anthem, Kaiser or Cigna Global plan.

Do you cover a spouse or domestic partner in your plan? They can also complete one of the requirements and you'll earn an additional incentive. For more information on the Well-being Incentive Program, view frequently asked questions or call Quantum Health at 800-894-4194 and select option 1.

Please note: Annual physicals that occur between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31 are paid in the following year.

Kaiser Permanente plan participants are eligible to receive the incentive by staying up to date on all wellness screenings and completing the “Wellness Program Agreement” on KP.org/engage.

*Participants in the HMSA, Kaiser Hawaii and Tricare Supplement plans aren’t eligible for the Well-being Incentive Program. Baltimore and Sunnyvale-represented employees are eligible for the Annual Physical Incentive Program.
