Your health and well-being are important to you – and to Northrop Grumman. Explore the opportunities below to help you on the path to better well-being:

  1. Schedule your annual physical. In addition to assessing your health and identifying any underlying health issues, receiving your annual physical can earn you $500 through our Well-being Incentive Program. Remember to schedule an appointment with your Primary Care Physician (PCP) sooner rather than later, as some may have long wait lists. If you don’t have a PCP, contact Quantum Health and a Care Coordinator can help you find one.

  2. Maintain a sparkling smile. Our dental plans cover two cleanings per year to maintain good dental health. While you don’t have to wait six months in between cleanings, you may choose to schedule a cleaning early in the year and again before the end of the year.

  3. Visit an optometrist. The American Optometric Association advises adults ages 18 or older to receive an eye exam every two years or annually, if recommended. Our VSP Vision Care plan pays for the cost of your annual eye exams and eyeglass lenses. In addition, employees enrolled in this plan receive an allowance to use towards eyewear frames and contact lenses.

  4. Ensure financial stability. Our financial well-being goals change from time to time. If you haven’t already, complete Fidelity’s financial wellness checkup to identify and set priorities for 2024. You can even schedule a complimentary 1:1 consultation with a financial advisor.

  5. Manage your emotional well-being. Your ComPsych® NGCare program provides support during all life stages and experiences.
