Preparing to welcome a child into the family can be exciting, but it can also raise questions about the ability to juggle work and making time to integrate the new child into the family. At Northrop Grumman we want you to concentrate on the excitement without the anxiety.  Here you’ll find Northrop Grumman benefits and resources to consider as you navigate adding a new dependent to your family.

Take Action

You have 31 days from the birth or adoption to report a life event and enroll your dependent in benefits

Having a baby is a qualifying life event that allows you to enroll in or modify your health insurance outside of the standard yearly open enrollment period.

You can make certain changes to your benefits, including adding your new child and other eligible dependents to your coverage.

Log in to
NetBenefits or call the NGBC (800-894-4194) within 31 days after the birth or adoption.

Once approved, you’ll be able to change or modify your current health and insurance elections.
