A new year marks a new opportunity to earn your well-being incentive. Eligible employees enrolled in a Northrop Grumman medical plan can receive $500 for participating in the Well-being Incentive Program. Keep reading to learn what’s new this year.
What are the program requirements?
To earn the incentive, you must complete one of the requirements below by Sept. 30, 2026.
Complete an annual physical or eligible cancer screening OR
Complete a Quest Diagnostics biometric screening (in-person or via an at-home kit) AND complete a wellness assessment through Quantum Health (online or via the app)
Are there any changes to program requirements?
Yes, employees now have the option to complete a preventive cancer screening rather than an annual physical. Eligible screenings include those for breast, cervical, colorectal or prostate cancer.
Are any requirements going away?
Yes, employees enrolled in a Kaiser medical plan are no longer required to sign the Kaiser Permanente Wellness Program Agreement to indicate completion, making it even easier to receive their incentive.
Are there any changes to eligibility?
No, employees enrolled in a Northrop Grumman Anthem, Kaiser or Cigna Global health plan are still eligible to earn the incentive, as are their covered spouses or domestic partners.*
Will I still receive the incentive in my Health Savings Account (HSA)?
Yes, once you complete the program requirements, your incentive will be deposited directly into your Fidelity HSA.
What if I don’t have an HSA?
For employees enrolled in an HSA-eligible plan, you can create an account before completing your requirements; you don’t need to wait for annual enrollment or make contributions to receive the tax-free incentive. For employees not enrolled in an HSA-eligible plan, you’ll receive the incentive in your paycheck as taxable income.

You can track your incentive status on the Quantum Health website, which was updated this year for easier navigation and a more intuitive user experience. You can also use the Quantum Health app to keep your checklist at your fingertips.**

*Participants in the HMSA, Kaiser Hawaii and Tricare Supplement plans aren’t eligible for the Well-being Incentive Program. Baltimore and Sunnyvale-represented employees are eligible for the Annual Physical Incentive Program.
