Getting your well-being incentive is as easy as 1-2-3

Earn $500 in 3 easy steps.

  1. Complete the Engage Health Assessment
  2. Get an annual physical
  3. Verify activities show complete on Engage

If you are enrolled in a Northrop Grumman Health Plan medical plan*, you and your spouse or domestic partner may each earn a $500 well-being incentive by completing a health assessment on Engage and getting an annual physical by Sept. 30, 2021.

For the Engage Health Assessment, you’ll be asked a series of questions to better understand your overall health and wellbeing, and your responses will be used to make personalized recommendations. It only takes a few minutes to complete the health assessment and there is no cost to you. Northrop Grumman will not have access to your personal information.

How do I register for Engage?
Engage is available on the web or via the Engage Well-being mobile app. To register, click “Log in here” from the Total Rewards Gateway or visit Engage. You can also download the Engage Wellbeing mobile app by texting APP to 27978.

You and your spouse or domestic partner must each register on the Engage platform in order to participate in the Well-being Incentive Program.
