When you sleep, your mind and body are hard at work enhancing your overall health. There are many benefits of a good nights sleep, including improving your learning and memory, fighting infection/disease and preventing long-term health problems, such as heart disease and diabetes.

Getting enough sleep can reduce stress, improve your mood, regulate emotions and play a role in weight loss. Over time, a lack of sleep can negatively impact your health, relationships and job performance.
