Your Annual Physical Could Earn You $500

Make your health a top priority in 2023 by participating in the Well-being Incentive Program. Northrop Grumman wants you to be your best, which is why we offer a well-being incentive. If you’re enrolled in a Northrop Grumman Health Plan*, you’re eligible to earn a $500 incentive. To receive the incentive, you must complete the requirements listed below. Your covered spouse or domestic partner can also earn $500 for completing these requirements.

  1. Complete the Engage health assessment by Sept. 30, 2023.  
  2. Receive an annual physical or wellness screening by Sept. 30, 2023.  
  3. Verify completion of activities in Engage by Oct. 31, 2023.

Kaiser Permanente plan participants are eligible to receive the incentive by staying up to date on all wellness screenings and completing the “Wellness Program Agreement” on by Sept. 30, 2023. 

*Participants in the HMSA, Kaiser Hawaii and Tricare Supplement plans aren’t eligible for the well-being incentive. Baltimore and Sunnyvale-represented employees are eligible for the Annual Physical Incentive Program.
