Recharge with Weekly Stretch Breaks

Flexibility training, or stretching, can have many physical benefits, such as improving your mood, releasing muscle tension and promoting relaxation. To experience these benefits, healthcare professionals recommend stretching a minimum of two to three times per week.

Starting Jan. 9, NGCare will offer 10-minute stretch breaks each Monday at noon and 3 p.m. ET. Please consult with your doctor before engaging in this activity. 

Missed a session? Don’t worry, all sessions will be recorded.
