Schools Out For Summer

Whether you’re dealing with unexpected school closures or planned breaks, you’ll likely face gaps in care this season.  With new virtual options, your Bright Horizons Back-Up Care (New participants: Click “REGISTER” and enter Employer Username: Northgrum | Password: CARE4YOU) benefit provides flexible school-age support when you need it most.

Virtual Camps – New!

This new program offers kids ages 6-12 a wide variety of fun and educational activities like arts & crafts, coding, competitions, fitness, game design and more.  Activities are available from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET every weekday (excluding holidays) – reservations are being accepted now.  This option will be available through the end of August.

Virtual Tutoring – Extended!

If your child could benefit from additional learning support this summer, you can exchange any of your available back-up uses for four hours of virtual tutoring.  Expert tutoring is available for children ages 5-18, including those with special learning needs.

Centers, Camps and In-Home Care

Bright Horizons will help you find back-up child care quickly and conveniently at a high-quality child care center or a seasonal camp that may be available in your area. We can also coordinate care for your loved ones in the convenience of your home.  Review the Bright Horizons guidelines and policies designed to keep families healthy and safe.

Employees are eligible for 10 days of back-up care per calendar year across all care options. Note: Back-up Care days can only be used on work days.
